At Internal Bakery, every product is handcrafted and made to order. We take great care in bringing each piece to life, which means your order requires a little extra time before it ships — thank you for your patience while we bake up something special just for you.
Processing Time
All orders are created in-house and take 2–3 business days to produce before shipping.
During peak seasons or special releases, processing times may run slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away via email.
Shipping Time & Rates
Once complete, your order will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best method for your location.
Estimated U.S. delivery time: 7–12 business days after your order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Free Shipping Offer
Orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
To redeem, simply select the Free Shipping option at checkout.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Internal Bakery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they’ve been handed off to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. (We’re dreaming of expanding in the future — stay tuned.
